WHAT ARE YOU GRATEFUL FOR?

Today that is my question. Being healthy actually equates to a number. A frequency. A vibration. In fact, it’s actually a mathematical equation. So if we are going to talk about things that are beneficial for your health, anything that raises your frequency – COUNTS. Let’s start our day with GRATITUDE. This allows us to be in the harmonic rhythm necessary for you to be who you are in the world. Get ALIGNED.

So this is your homework, shall you accept: Before your eyes open and your feet hit the floor, take a moment to think about something, someone, anything that you are grateful for, right NOW. Feel into it. Feel it more so Spirit moves you so much you jump out of bed.
