Show up 3-5 days a week for the month of January. This Challenge is for YOU. We can help you if you show up.
This program is designed for beginners and intermediates. You do not have to be in shape to take this Challenge. We will work together at getting you fit for life.
An incremental fitness program design that gets you the results you want.
All level classes. We want you to stay connected to your body as to prevent injury. We modify the workouts to your skill level.
Optional initial and final evaluation to mark your success.  
Start your day getting a great workout in and have more energy throughout your day.

We provide structure, organization, motivation and accountability.
We will give you a meal plan that is designed to make you feel like you have superpowers. 
New Client Orientation. This includes weight, body fat test, measurements (all optional) as well as an orientation on functional movements to prevent injury.
There is a lot of positive energy in our classes between participants. Grumpy pants allowed only during the first week.  
Text reminders for incremental physical movement throughout your day that is structured.

Dr. Michelle Bean has been teaching fitness classes in Santa Cruz for the past 7 years. As a Chiropractor and black-belt in mixed martial arts, her focus is on using good form, preventing injury and creating a well balanced fitness routine that builds strength efficiently.
LeTa B. Jussila, L.Ac
LeTa brings her background of being a Certified Personal Trainer and Qi Gong Instructor to her classes. She has been teaching outdoor fitness to groups in Santa Cruz since 2005. She has the capacity to create a wonderful class that leaves you feeling GREAT.
